Is this not but a mere repetition of the work of Tim Noakes? His entire diet is based on high protein (in which meat features prominently), low carbohydrates. I guess one can take this as a further endorsement of Noakes' views or am I missing nuances? Noakes says that the problem with heart attacks is not the cholesterol, but inflammation of the arteries which then causes reduced blood flow and narrowing of the blood vessels.
