Some sites are rather coy in this respect. They allow you to twitter and fb their sites but no RSS ( Really Simple Syndication) feeds. It is possible to create feeds for sites other than your own, without their consent or knowledge, using the tools here (changed my mind about this one- see later posts). The basics can be done free of charge. There might be other sites as well offering similar (or better) services, but for the moment I need not search any further for my own purposes.

Quite a number of the 10 tools has issues of some sort of another. It seems the free RSS services are on the way out. Page2RSS is simple (well, too simple for my purposes). Others are beyond my comprehension (I admit, I am a monkey): eg Feed 43 and yes, I know I originally recommended it but it is very difficult to determine patterns on the web pages. Perhaps it just does not work. The one that is just right for now is Feed Creator They also have other services here Some others I have found (not tried): www.wachete.com/rssjuice.com/www.kimonolabs.com/
