series4 • a day ago • edited once appropriate safety measures, mine rehabilitation, water and electricty costs and tax are factored in will these guys make a profit. or will there be a 2 tier system one for the mining houses where they are subjected to prosection for mine worker deaths and one for artisinal miners where if a miner dies no one cares.
