It is not quite clear whether the Sodwana madman Slade was operating illegally when he refused accommodation to blacks and government employees.
If he were, the question is whether one has a right not to be discriminated against when seeking accommodation at an illegal concern.
Would that not rather be like dragging a murderer to an Equality court for murdering only blacks? What about a brothel only allowing whites?
