Not surprising. So long as the ANC have access to public money they will appeal EVERY judgement they lose. The Court of appeal has become a bit of a joke anyway, since every issue has been turned into a constitutional issue for final determination by an ANC ConCourt where appointment is conditional on a fawning display of LibSpeak and the law is turned into "policy").

"The SABC has instructed its lawyers to lodge an urgent appeal with the Constitutional Court in regards to the Judgment laid down by the Supreme Court of Appeal in Bloemfontein.
On Thursday, the Court dismissed with costs the application by the SABC, Communications Minister Faith Muthambi and SABC COO, Hlaudi Motsoeneng.
They had been appealing against a High Court ruling that Motsoeneng be suspended and disciplinary steps be taken against him."
