Another attempt at fascist totalitarian control.
It's sort of like a RICA for domain names.
If I want to register a .co.za website, I need to inform the South African government, ID myself and pay them a fee.
So, obviously I'm not going to do it, and most other people aren't going to do it either. I'll simply host my websites elsewhere. The net effect will be that .co.za sites will disappear from the internet.
