I am a true believer in equality before the law and hence would like to see Mugabe and all those who helped his cling to power while committing various offences brought before an International Criminal Court and be tried for their offences and Crimes against humanity.
It will be a travesty to those who were killed or abused by Mugabe Regime to have nothing done to Mugabe after he is removed from power…

There must surely be enough evidence to prosecute him now, Milcent. The trouble is that he has too many friends among other African heads of state.
Both the West (especially the UK) and China undoubtedly make a major contribution to keeping him in power with aid & loans, in 2016-2018 alone adding a massive 80% to his income. So could they be cited as accessories to his acts?
In the period under review 08-24 July 2017, Heal Zimbabwe recorded a total of 16 human rights violations from 10 districts across the country. The organisation recorded a total of 4 different categories of human rights violations that include Intimidation with threats of violence or threats of withdrawal of food aid or agricultural inputs, unfair aid distribution, disruption of political gatherings and forced participation (in political meetings, Financial or material contributions). Intimidation registered a staggering 75% (12 cases), followed by unfair distribution of food or agricultural inputs registering a total of 12.5% (2 cases), disruption of political gatherings recording 6.25% (1 case) and forced attendance to political gatherings recording 6.25% (1 case).The organisation is greatly concerned by the rising number of cases related to intimidation in local communities.
